The location was fantastic near the opera house. Had the double room which was fashionable with a view. The staff was efficient and lively and the food was fab.

It was in a strategic location, nearby a bus stop. The really very helpful staff provided all the necessary info. Our hotel room was brand-new and tastefully decorated with a view.

The hotel had stunning location really close to bars, restaurants & supermarkets, The Trafford Centre and the bar / restaurant district in Manchester. Double room with bathroom, good TV and tea or coffee was ready when we checked-in.

We liked staying here, the place met required needs. The staff was exceptionally attentive and thoughtful all the time. The double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was tastefully decorated. There was very clean bed, an iron with ironing board and a phone. Our location was top and comfortable, nearby a bus stop.

Make sure you stay in the double room with a comfortable bed. The breakfast choices are well priced.

They have excellent security measures in place, like key-operated lifts and a security check at night. The warm welcome from the reception staff made us feel at home. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The location is central and convenient. The rooms are a good size and the hotel is dog-friendly, allowing dogs in the bar. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
